• Directed communication initiatives for The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) during its inaugural workshop series, successfully engaging over 400 faculty members from 100+ universities across Vietnam in three successful events.

Project: Strategic Academic Partnerships

• Facilitated the DNIIT Academic Exchange Hub, a collaborative platform linking the University of Da Nang with Université Côte d'Azur, France, to connect students and researchers in joint courses and research initiatives, focusing on cross-cultural exchange and reinforced academic partnerships.

Project: Smart City Innovation

• Led collaborative efforts with the University of Virginia, Université Côte d'Azur, and Da Nang Department of Information and Communications to organize the “International Symposium - Smart City: Innovations and Experiences”, focused on sustainable urban development and digital innovation, attracted experts and researchers to discuss Smart City advancements in the ASEAN context.

• Facilitated and provided interpretation at the “Workshop on Developing IoT Applications for Smart City Building - Leveraging the Free-LoRa Platform in Da Nang City”, attended by over 100 participants. Ensured seamless coordination and communication, fostering collaboration among experts and participants to explore smart city innovations.
